This is three thorough email sessions of life and/or spiritual coaching.  Once ordered, you will be contacted via email to confirm your session details and given complete instructions on how to begin (each time).  A time estimate of your email session from Cristen will be given, too.  There is a lot of information given in an email session because of the way in which Cristen receives your information and her response flows in return.
